Janice Resch was born and raised in Red Deer into a family that has been in Real Estate with Century 21 since 1961. Janice has extensive knowledge of this region in the Real Estate market and the many attractions that make life in Central Alberta a pleasure.

Janice is someone who has only your needs in mind. Making a move should be an enjoyable experience for all involved; it is part of her job to ensure this is the case. Janice is married and has four children all grown and living in central Alberta. She has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of Red Deer as public relations director and the City of Red Deer Canada Fit Week Committee. Janice is the past President of the Red Deer & District Real Estate Board (2003/2004).

I was honored to be presented the Alberta Real Estate Association 2006 Quality of Life Award for service to the community and the industry,this was awarded to Seven REALTORS® across Alberta. I was given the award for serving as President of the RDREB in 2003 and 2005, Making Affordable Housing (the Home Program) and community Safety (Realty Watch) my pet projects."

2005 was a fantastic year. I was the proud recipient of the Centurion Award given by Century 21 Canada for my production achievements.

My goal is to not only maintain this status, but to strive for new levels of growth in my business. I have been with Century 21 Advantage for 10 years and am still reaching for new levels of success each year.
