To Avoid problems in the home buying process follow the points below:

Consultation Interview
  • Examine needs and requirements for your new home
  • Explain our MLS system, and ability to show all properties in our area.
  • Request that you contact me for information on any property; regardless of which company has it listed.
  • Review Mortgage financing criteria and qualifications
  • Review sales contract and closing costs that you may not be aware of

Viewing Homes

  • Do an area tour and/or look at cross section of homes
  • Based on initial tour, I will investigate homes that meet your criteria and eliminate those which do not
  • After viewing homes we will discuss in detail your likes and dislikes of the property.
  • This information is helpful in finding the perfect home that best meets your needs and wants
  • Select a home on which to make an offer.

Making an Offer

  • Do a Reverse Comparable Market Analysis with you, to determine how much to offer
  • Based on your individual needs, determine the terms of the offer
  • I will fill out a contract explaining all sections in detail
  • Present and aggressively and earnestly negotiate the offer on your behalf

After Acceptance of Offer

  • Attend any Home inspections that may be needed with you or on your behalf. Give advice on the results of inspection
  • Make sure all the details concerning conditions are met in a timely manner
  • When all conditions are removed I will keep in contact with your lawyer to ensure a smooth closing
  • Conduct a thorough walk-thru on possession day to ensure everything as it should be.
